- We highly recommend you to book in advance (8-5 months before) on the page of the preferred tour on our website. Only 200 hikers are permitted daily. When someone who reserves the hike and cancels the tour, permits can not be reused by another person. Once permits for this trek are sold out, there are only available permits for the short 2-Day version,Train trips or other treks connecting to Machu Picchu.
- If your interest is a Group Service and the preferred date is not indicated in green (group service dates) choose and book a date in blue and we will try to get other hikers and make a group, our goal is to operate a group of 6-8 people.
- If your preference is a -Private Service, -dates market in blue, please choose either a blue or green date, according to your travel plans. (This works as well for our Multi-Day tours with the Inca Trail trek.)
- In our -Group Service, -dates marked in green, the price of the tour will be according to the number of hikers in the group. 6-8 hikers in the group guarantee a Group service rate.
- For our Multi-Day Tours with Inca trail hike, please choose any day marked in green or blue -2 people minimum are required.
- Please bear in mind that the permits for Inca Trail trek to Machu Picchu are so limited each month and there is a high demand for it -especially from May to August each year.

- Dates marked in GREEN indicate that we have a small group, and there are still available permits in the Park. Therefore, we can guarantee a group rate of US$ 820 each -based in a double tent and a 8 Kg personal porter is included. OR US$ 770 each without a porter service if you choose to join our existing group, which means you need to carry your personal trek belongings, tents and food are carried by porters. US$ 60 discount on all tours above for students with an ISIC card in all our treks.
- If you are a group of 2,3 or 4 people and you`re interested in a date which is not listed in GREEN, and your desire is to hike in a small group, choose any other available day in BLUE and we will try to get other hikers to make a small group. However, we cannot guarantee to offer the group rate. The final price will be according to the number of hikers in the group, it needs to be 6-8 people to guarantee a group rate. Permits for this hike have a high demand and are limited to 200 hikers daily, so book soon, BOOK NOW.

- Dates marked in BLUE indicate that there are still Available permits at the Park, if your desire is to hike in a private service go for it and book, but also shown that at this stage we don't have any passengers yet, but we can open a NEW group and try to build up a small group of 6-8 people for US$ 820 each OR run the tour in a private service, the cost of the tour will be according the number of the hikers.
- Usually we don't cancel our treks, sometimes it needs to be operated in a small private group, and it is basically because we can not add more other hikers in a group because permits run out so quickly, that's a strong reason to book in advance.
